A 12-hour full-day trip to Laguna San Rafael: breakfast, lunch and a whisky tasting with thousand-year-old ice in front of the glacier.

About two hours from Puerto Tranquilo lies Bahía Exploradores, our departure point for Laguna San Rafael. Once at the dock and aboard the boat, we begin a gentle sail along the final stretch and delta of the Exploradores river, a strikingly beautiful setting where we'll enjoy breakfast. After roughly two hours we reach Laguna San Rafael and sail toward the glacier wall, taking in incredible views of the icebergs while enjoying lunch and a tasting of local whisky or spirits with thousand-year-old ice. Approximate duration: 12 hours (start 07:00 in Puerto Río Tranquilo / 09:00 in Bahía Exploradores; finish approx. 17:00 in Bahía Exploradores / 19:00 in Puerto Río Tranquilo).
